Force Team Notes

Ideas

Team building activities that stay small

These team building activities are short on purpose. Use one when the group needs a clearer picture of the work, not when you need an event. Each one can stop as soon as a next step is named.

Conversation without forced icebreakers

Ask about a handoff, a repeated question, or what a new person would need to know. Skip prompts that ask for personal history. Read the icebreaker alternative.

Small collaborative tasks

Rewrite one note together, or sort a queue into do now, needs a decision, and not ours. Keep it under 20 minutes. See five short activities.

Shared reflection

At the end of the week, ask what is unclear, what is waiting, and what everyone assumes someone else owns. Run a weekly reset.

Trust without personal questions

Trust grows when people do what they said they would do, in a place others can see. Read that note.
